Tizen TV is a TV/software platform, and the exact channel menu depends on the manufacturer’s interface layer. Instead of memorising one brand-specific button sequence, this guide shows how to reach the DVB-S/S2 tuner, scan Türksat 42°E and diagnose the reception chain when tuning fails.

The same TV platform can expose Channel, Live TV, Source or Broadcasting menus differently across manufacturers. First confirm that the television has a satellite tuner and that DVB-S/S2 or Satellite is the active source. If an external receiver is connected by HDMI, tuning must be performed on that receiver, not in the TV tuner.
Menu wording changes with firmware. Search for Satellite, Channel Setup, Auto Scan, Manual Scan, TKGS or Network/NIT rather than forcing instructions written for a different manufacturer.
A common navigation example is: Home → Settings → All Settings → Broadcasting → Auto Tuning / Expert Settings. Treat it as orientation rather than a universal path. The key target is the satellite tuner configuration.

No quality on both references means repeated channel scans are unlikely to help. Check universal-LNB 9750/10600 and 22 kHz Auto where applicable, DiSEqC, LNB power, coax and communal distribution.
DiSEqC is installation-specific. Compare with a known-working outlet in the same building. If only H or only V services are missing, investigate polarization switching and the multiswitch path.
TKGS support depends on the TV manufacturer, tuner software and model, not just the operating system. Absence of TKGS does not mean the TV is defective.
Use standard DVB-S/S2 network scanning when TKGS is unavailable. If TKGS exists but does not update, verify satellite reception and the operating mode before considering any model-specific reset procedure.
