Does it support multisite?
It works independently for each site. You can install each subsite separately in a multisite network.
What happens to my data if I remove it?
If "Delete all data upon uninstallation" is not activated in the settings, the data will be preserved. If active, all tables and settings are cleared.

Yes. All results are stored in the database. When the same error is analyzed again, it is loaded from the cache, and unnecessary API calls are not made.
