Step by Step Photoshop Guide:

1. Open New File: File > New. Width: 15cm, Height: 10cm. Resolution: 300 DPI (Very important for printing!). Color Mode: CMYK.
2. Guidelines: View > New Guide Layout. Leave 3mm "Bleed" from the edges. Note the important parts of your design (names, etc.) Don't get it too close to the edges.
