- Q: Can I use it without having a PayTR, iyzico or Shopier account? A: To receive payments, you must be an active member of at least one payment infrastructure. Whichever infrastructure you want to use, create a membership with the relevant company and define your API information on the panel. You can use more than one infrastructure at the same time.
- Q: How does installment payment work? A: Installment payment is activated through the PayTR infrastructure. You determine the maximum number of installments (2, 3, 6, 9 or 12) from the administration panel. Your customer sees the installment option on the payment page and selects the number of installments he/she wants.
- Q: Does it work on shared hosting? A: Yes! It works smoothly on all shared hostings that support PHP 7.4+, MySQL 5.7+ and cURL. You can easily define cron tasks via cPanel or Plesk.
- Q: Is it difficult to install? A: No, installation is extremely easy. Upload the files via FTP, import the database, enter your database information in the config file — done! A detailed installation guide is provided with the product.
- Q: Can I use it in more than one domain? A: The license is valid for a single domain. You must purchase a separate license for each domain.
- Q: Are SMS notifications paid? A: SMS integration within the software uses NetGSM infrastructure. You must have a balance in your NetGSM account to send SMS. SMS cost is determined according to NetGSM tariff.
- Q: Can my customers pay without registering? A: Yes! You can send a direct payment link to your customers. The customer can make payment by entering his/her name-surname, e-mail and telephone information without registering. Customers can also create an account and track their invoices via the panel if they wish.
- Q: Is parachute integration mandatory? A: No, it is optional. If you have a Paraşüt account, you can create an e-Archive invoice with a single click by defining your API information. If you are not using Parachute, all other features continue to work smoothly.
